Join trainer Sharron Bowen from FITMOMSJ for a total body 45-minute mommy and me workout made by mama athletes for every parent. Workout incorporates body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and of course, our little ones! FITMOMSJ welcomes all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced mommas!
