It is rewarding and enjoyable to be a parent but is not always easy. It can often be demanding, frustrating and exhausting. Parents have the important role of raising the next generation, yet most people begin their careers as parents with little preparation and learn through trial and error. Triple P – Positive Parenting Program ® aims to support parents raise healthy, well-adjusted children in a loving, predictable environment and to deal with the day-to-day challenges all parents face. This session gives an overview of Triple P principles and is an introduction to the various options available for parents. Recommended for all families.
