 Senior Olympian Jimmy O'Hearn returns for a 5th season with his free fitness program designed for seniors and those physically challenged.Participates will not have to get down on the floor, but will be introduced to the "portable gym", a resistance band, exercise ball and folding chair.

Outcomes expected:
*better functional balance
*greater coordination
*more energy
*reduce stress
*more strength
*feel and look younger

Itís a fun way to exercise and network with others. Physically-challenged are welcomed. Throughout the year, OíHearn will introduce weekly health and food tips to combat injury and illness. Registration is not required.
