A collection of dream catchers, jewelry, and paintings created by local Native American artist, "Standing Deer" Donald Perry will be exhibited at the Headquarters Library from November 1-15. Mr Perry serves on the Board of the Cumberland County Association of Indian People and the North Carolina Indian Cultural Center and operates Buffalo Run Studios.
