 Cumberland County Public Library & Information Center’s first day-long author conference boasts nationally prominent authors and professional writing instructors who will offer practical advice on how to improve your work and find the audience you deserve. Presenters include Sabrina Jeffries on historical romance, Annette Dunlap on researching for your memoir, Carole Boston Weatherford on writing for children, Susan Sloate on "Living the Writer's Life" and on marketing your work, and Robert Wynn on general fiction. The Workshop is recommended for authors in all stages of their careers, whether they are interested in traditional publishing or e-books. Authors will be available for book signings. Registration is required.
