This program is for the caregivers of people who have Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias. The topic for this event will be Advanced Directives and Financial Planning. The workshop reviews different parts of advance care planning and why planning is important to think about in the early stages of dementia caregiving. The program will review advance directives, wills, and powers of attorney for the caregiver and the person they care for.
