Restore your Core is a wellness class that teaches postpartum (6 weeks -10+ years) moms how to check for Diastasis Recti; as well as gentle exercises to rehab their abdominal muscles (get rid of the belly pooch), and alleviate back pain. Children are welcome to come along with mom!
