Thinking of starting a fitness routine or looking for something new? Stop by on Fitness Friday and take a quick class. Demonstrations from members of our local fitness community. No registration required. Please wear comfortable clothes and always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. 9:30am-10:30am- Karate 11:00am-12:00pm- Yoga 12:30pm-1:30pm- Tai Chi 2:00pm-3:00pm- Zumba 3:30pm-4:30pm- Hip Hop Part of Exercise Your Mind: Adult Summer Reading Program.
