The ANBC presents "Fundraising Essentials for Nonprofit People: What Your Donors Want and Need." Join veteran fundraiser Martha Spear for this morning workshop for Glens Falls area nonprofit staff, board members, volunteers and donors. You will develop a new sense of yourself as an effective fundraiser. You will gain a better sense of how to relate to donors, know why they give and how to keep them giving, and understand the concepts of stewardship and cultivation. You will learn about emotions and psychology, enhance your understanding of how demographics work in fundraising, and recognize how to use your board most effectively.
