Angler's Legacy: Fishing 101

 Ever want to learn how to fish? Through this program presented by the Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife, people with little or no fishing experience will learn the skills and confidence to become a lifelong angler. Learn how to successfully catch fish, use a spinning rod and reel, determine proper hook size, types of bait, bait a hook and take fish off a hook. Fishing locations and regulations will also be discussed. The class will also meet on August 23 at Camp Ernst to practice the skills they have learned. All necessary equipment, bait and tackle will be provided for the class on the 23. Participants will need to buy a fishing license. Please register.
