The Bellingham Human Rights Film Festival, now in its eighteenth year, in partnership with the Bellingham Public Library, will show the documentary film, "What Doesn't Kill Me" - a film about domestic violence and child custody issues. There will be a Q & A session after the film with representatives from the Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center and DVSAS (Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services) of Whatcom County.
