Event Details

"Out and About" is a peer support group for people with disabilities who want to participate in their community. The purpose of the group is twofold: to combat isolation by providing social opportunities, and to increase access for people with disabilities in the community. The group enjoys social outings and educates business leaders and the community about issues that are important to them. They increase awareness by sharing our experiences with each other. They meet the 2nd Monday of each month starting at 3:00 p.m. in the Central Library's Lecture Room.
