 The Heartfulness Meditation Program offers a simple set of relaxation and meditation exercises, which when practiced daily, help restore balance in life, manage stress, better your health, and most of all will lead you to inner calm and peace.The relaxation and meditation techniques are taught over a free 6-week course by experienced trainers who have been meditating and training for several years. You may register for all six sessions or each session individually. Participants will be meditating in chairs, or may bring their own cushions for sitting on the floor.
