 James Sterns of the University of Florida Food Resource and Economics Department will explore the route taken by the humble building blocks of foodstuffs as they are transformed into haute cuisine. Find out what makes French food so fresh and delicious. This event is part of "GASTRONOMIE FRANCAISE A GAINESVILLE" in cooperation with The Alliance Française de Gainesville and the University of Florida Center for European Studies.
