Julia Child is most famous for bringing France and French food to Americans. French historian and UF Professor, Sheryl Kroen will discuss the phenomenon of Julia Child but will also use the opportunity to introduce the audience to the Paris Julia Child discovered when she went to France for the first time just after WWII.
