Mr. Bacharach, a local attorney, who handles Social Security disability cases from the Administrative hearing level through the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, will take people through the steps Social Security officials follow to determine if someone is disabled, what factors determine if someone is disabled and what those disabilities include.
