Body-Based Mindful Meditation

 This class will focus on the body and the breath to help reduce stress and increase well-being, and is open to all adults. It will include seated meditation as well as walking meditation. Elaine Sears, a Yoga and meditation teacher with 20 years' experience, will lead the class.
