Description:
 Un programa de cuatro semanas para enseñar a los participantes las opciones de cuidado de salud actuales que pueden estar disponibles para ellos, a conectarse con un proveedor de atención de la salud en la comunidad, y educarlos sobre cuándo y cuándo no buscar atención hospitalaria de urgencia.

A four week program in Spanish to teach participants the current health care options that may be available to them, connect them with a community health care provider, and educate them on when to and when not to seek hospital emergency care.
