Description:
 Working from the new Food Pyramid, "MY Pyramid" for preschoolers, we will illustrate how to "Eat right," "Exercise," and "Have fun." We will learn how to read food labels and discuss favorite foods and how they help you eat right. We will also do some taste testing of new kinds of healthy snacks and make a craft.
