 Express your own street style and create a one of a kind T-shirt. Participants must bring their own plain light colored t-shirt.
This program is for 6th-8th graders.

By participating in this program, I give permission to the Waukegan Public Library to use any photos or videos made of me and/or my minor child(ren) for use in promotional materials about library programs, services, and collections.
